Technical documentation

The technical documentation shall contain all elements that are explained above in the section on Product information, with the following differences:

·         All values have to be the declared values.

·         A list of equivalent models has to be present.

·         Table 7 (control functions codes) does not need to be included.

Obligations of the supplier: What to document?

As a supplier, you are responsible for documenting that your product complies with the applicable requirements. This can be inspected by the national market surveillance authorities (MSAs). Find more information on what to document (CE-mark, DoC, DoI etc) here.
