What the supplier must deliver you

For all smartphones and slate tablets that the supplier places on the market form 20th of June 2025 onwards, suppliers have the following obligations towards you as dealer:

Suppliers must send devices to you with a printed energy label. For products, where the supplier did not include the energy label in the packaging although the product falls within the scope of (EU) 2023/1669, you can either request a printed energy label from the supplier, which shall then be sent to you within five working days or you can also use the EPREL database and search the product via brand and model identifier.
Suppliers must upload the product information sheet (PIS) data of each device to the EPREL database, where you can see the data and download PIS and energy label.
Suppliers must send you an electronic label and an electronic PIS.
On request, the supplier must send you the PIS in printed form as well.

Suppliers are not allowed to ask for money for any of the items listed above.
